Zen and the Art of Embodiment Class
Mondays, February 19 - March 18, 6:45 - 7:45 p.m. via Zoom
Unlike some spiritual traditions, Zen is an embodied practice. But what, exactly, does that mean? In this five-week class we look to the teachings of selected Zen and Chan ancestors and explore how their teachings intersect with the contemporary practice of embodied awakening as taught in the Realization Process.

Whole for the Holidays

Take time right in the midst of busyness to be grounded and settled with 60 minutes of gentle embodiment practice. No charge to attend, but if you want a recording of the meditation the fee is $10. This is an excellent introduction to the Realization Process if you’re a beginner.

The subtle core is the integrative center of our body mind. In this workshop we will explore and learn to access this vital part of our being. $35
